Whether it's a cold winter's night a beautiful summer day or just a night on the town who doesn't love a nice glass of wine to soothe the soul. It's certainly not a must, but it sure helps! That's where Amy Hampton, CEO and Founder of Sociologie Wines, LLC comes in. Amy, a graduate of Hampton University and Meharry Medical College, a dedicated community volunteer who currently resides in Dallas with her wonderful husband Dr. Darian Hampton has brought us a collection of wines which is pleasing to the most refined palate.
Sociologie Wines™ began as a beloved party favorite surrounded by fun music, wonderful conversation, and lovely family friends. Amy started out in her very own kitchen using her entertaining soirées as inspiration; she then customized an assortment of sophisticated sangria tailored to each special occasion. After many years of graciously served refreshing sangria blended to perfection, guests began requesting her yummy sangria and Amy found herself preparing and bottling her recipe as party favors, and so it began. Sociologie Wines™ was launched in 2011 after Amy partnered with renowned New York fashion designer Brooke Hagel to design her new sangria collection to be a symbol of chic soirées and style! In August 2012, served chilled and adorned in glamorous glasses, Sociologie Wines™ launched two varietals in Texas, ‘Blushing Rose Sangria’ and ‘Red Berry Sangria’. We so love on this tasty find and we're certain there is more to come from this talented entrepreneur.
