Rebecca's DIY might be simple to do, but they come out looking like a million bucks. Although she created them in honor of V-day, these pretties are perfect to display on a shelf or desk any time of the year. Inspired by her mom, Rebecca cut out hearts from scrap paper, taped them to skewers and put them into an old pop bottle for display. We love it!
